Bring a loved one and join us in this hands-on class where you will learn back massage as well as other techniques based on the interests and needs of the participants. Dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to move and stretch. Limited to 5 couples per class. Sign up now! You will be able to use what you learn here together for a lifetime! 	Thursdays ~ 6:00 to 8:00 pm
	Fridays ~ 6:00 to 8:00 pm
	Sundays ~ 6:30 to 8:30 pm (note 6:30 to 8:30, rather than 6:00 to 8:00!)

	$200 registration fee per couple

Introduction to Massage

Have you wondered how to give a massage without getting tired or how to control the effects of stress and tension? Come join us in this hands-on class. Techniques for hand, foot, and back will be covered. Each person will have the opportunity to give and receive massage. You will leave the class relaxed and refreshed!

You have your choice of the following dates/times:

Tuesday ~ 2:30 to 4:30 pm

Wednesday ~ 5:30 to 7:30 pm or 7:45 to 9:45 pm

Friday ~ 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

$100 registration fee

	In this class, you will learn acupressure theory and techniques. You will come away knowing how to use acupressure to improve overall well being as well as to relieve common ailments including headaches, joint pains, insomnia, and cold and flu symptoms.

Return to Top	Yoga For Beginners - All shapes and sizes are welcome!
	In this class you will learn the basics of yoga: alignment, stretching, standing and seated poses as well as breathing techniques. You will begin to experience for yourself the benefits that arise from practicing yoga such as increased flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health, a sense of well-being and relaxed awareness. No specific fitness level is required.

	Monday ~ 5:00 to 6:15 pm
	$10 per person per class

	In this hands-on class, students will learn basic foot reflexology techniques and will leave this class understanding the principles of foot reflexology and knowing how to give a basic foot reflexology session.

	Jeffrey Grabelle is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and has been teaching Foot Reflexology classes for the past four years at the Holistic Massage Training Institute.
